Filtros absolutos (EPA, HEPA e ULPA)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<h3>Classifica\u00e7\u00e3o dos filtros<\/h3>\n<p>Para os filtros Hepa e Ulpa, a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o baseava-se na norma Eurovent 4\/4 que definia 5 classes de filtros:\u00a0<span style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\">EU 10, EU 11, EU 12, EU 13 e EU 14.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\">Para satisfazer os requisitos de alta tecnologia, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios novos m\u00e9todos de teste e uma nova classifica\u00e7\u00e3o para filtros absolutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\">Na Alemanha, o DIN lan\u00e7ou o projeto da norma DIN 24183 para o teste de filtros Hepa e Ulpa com base na medi\u00e7\u00e3o de part\u00edculas. O CEN aceitou como princ\u00edpio b\u00e1sico de ensaio e sistema de classifica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\">EN 1822. Tem como finalidade determinar o tamanho de part\u00edculas a que a manta oferece a efici\u00eancia de reten\u00e7\u00e3o mais baixa, denominada:\u00a0<strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\">Tamanho de Part\u00edcula de Maior Penetra\u00e7\u00e3o (MPPS)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width: 250px; height: 156px;\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/en_1822_mpps.jpg\" alt=\"EN 1822 - Tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula de mayor penetraci\u00f3n (MPPS)\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p>O tamanho de part\u00edcula, normalmente, encontra-se entre 0,15 e 0,25 \u03bcm.<br \/>\nA fase seguinte consiste em determinar o desempenho de capta\u00e7\u00e3o do filtro para este MPPS.<br \/>\nDependendo do desempenho, fugas e porosidade, s\u00e3o classificados em dois grupos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Os filtros HEPA (High Efficiency Particulare Air): <span style=\"line-height: 1.538em;\">E10, E11, E12, H13 e H14.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Os filtros ULPA (Ulpa Low Penetration Air):<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>O processo da VENFILTER para efetuar as medidas de efici\u00eancia \u00e9 o scanning.<br \/>\nO teste de fugas realiza-se individualmente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","tipo_normativa":[4447],"class_list":["post-40816","normativa","type-normativa","status-publish","hentry","tipo_normativa-especificacoes-de-filtros-industriais"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.6 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Norma EN 1822.
