Purpose and field of application
The purpose of this standard is to describe a methodology for the preparation of an Initial Diagnosis of Indoor Environmental Quality and Health.
This diagnosis has implications for the prevention of environmental risks for health in general, and specifically for public health in buildings and urban facilities.
The field of application of the standard is indoor environments of all types of facilities, installations and buildings, with the exception of those that are “exclusively” intended for activity carried out in industrial and/or agricultural processes.
