Compact pocket filters

Multiven (Galvanized) Atex

For application in special air conditioning and ventilation systems that have to comply with the demanding requirements of explosive atmospheres. In areas with potentially explosive atmospheres (those that in atmospheric conditions are a mixture of air and dangerous substances in the form of gases, vapors, mists or dusts and in which after ignition occurs, combustion spreads to the whole unburned mixture).
Inlet, outlet and Recirculation in ventilation systems that require high security:
Air Conditioning equipment (Air Conditioning units, Ventilation Boxes, etc.).
Air Conditioning Systems (Hospitals, Laboratories, Museums, Airports, etc.).
Industrial Processes (Pharmaceutical, Food, Optical, Microelectronic, Veterinary, Chemical and surface treatment industries).
As a pre-filter for Hepa and Ulpa filters.

Technical features

Type: Compact Multi Dihedral Rigid Bag Filter.
Frame: Galvanized steel.
Filtering Element: Fiberglass paper.
Separators: Thermoplastic glue cords.
Sealant: Polyurethane.
Medium efficiency % (Em): 60% ≤ Em < 80%, 80% ≤ Em < 90%, 90% ≤ Em < 95% and 95% ≤ Em.

Recommended Final Pressure Drop: 450 Pa.
Temperature: 80ºC, continuous service.

– High nominal flow for a low pressure drop. This is obtained with a larger filtering surface in m2 compared to bag filters.
– Fiberglass Filter Media that repels water.
– Excellent performance in difficult operating conditions.
– High dust retention capacity.
– The filters are electrically conductive, prepared by means of a connection cable for electrostatic discharge. They comply with the European ATEX directive for products used in explosive atmospheres.
