– The V-shaped pleating method guarantees the optimum geometrical form of the pleats and a uniform
distance between them. This allows to get the same filtering area as with the aluminium separators filters in
order to obtain the same airflows, similar pressure losses and the same filtration efficiency.
– V-shaped pleat technology ensures that aluminium separators may be removed, eliminating the risk
of leaks due to perforations in the aluminium separators.
– The filter is light, and it is used in narrow spaces. (135 mm.)
– The uniform shape of the pleats ensures that the airflow does not generate turbulences.
– Ref. VPP have a flange or frame that adapts to pre-existing frames in the installations without making any
modifications for new installations. The appropriate frames are the BRTM type.
– Plastic frame.
– Ref. VP has no flange and has a depth of 150 and 292 mm., For new installations the suitable racks are BTRA type.
– Galvanized steel flange.
