Metal Housing Upper Mouth

Metal terminal diffuser for cleanrooms, designed for the supply of filtered air, in accordance with EN 1822/ISO 29463. Suitable for installations with laminar or controlled turbulent airflow, ensuring uniform air distribution, low induction and precise speed control in the occupied zone.

Recommended solution for ISO cleanrooms, laboratories, pharmaceutical areas, healthcare facilities and high-tech environments.

Technical features

Type: Terminal diffuser unit for ceiling or wall installation for final filtration in a cleanroom.
Construction: Airtight welded electro-galvanized steel, coated with white epoxy-polyester paint (RAL 9010) and oven-cured.
Air inlet: Upper circular inlet (HTMBS), fitted with a fixing collar.
Installation: Fixing holes for easy and quick installation.
Filter fixing: Located at the bottom, against a smooth, one-piece frame and secured with fastening elements that provide continuous and constant pressure.

  • Tool-free opening with handle, simplifying maintenance tasks. It can be operated using any properly disinfected object.
  • Suspended grille: Facilitates maintenance operations, reduces intervention times and improves ergonomics for technical staff.

 

Installation

  • Rigid construction design, allowing easy and quick assembly or installation.
  • Ceiling installation with side air inlet.
  • Equipped with four drilled brackets for suspension.
